Just what I needed
Program was amazing, kept me on my toes, varied and constantly challenging my overall fitness. Content is well thought out to engage all the muscle groups and boost my fitness and energy levels. Thank you!

Excellent! You should only sign on for this if you want to get stronger, get leaner and feel better. If you’re not into that, this isn’t for you.

Shred program
I loved it! I lost 14 pounds. It was hard work but Dan kept me motivated each week. I’m giving it a 10 out of 10.

Great program
Excellent experience. The program is just what I needed to get in shape after many years of not being in shape. I’m in my mid 40s and feel like I’m in my 20s again!!! The program has also given me the tools to continue on on my own and maintain my fitness level. Can’t say enough good things about this program and I would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect program to get back into shape or into shape for the first time. Dan is an excellent trainer who is helpful and quick to respond to questions. He’s great at keeping me motivated and encouraged which is a big reason I’ve been successful with this program!
